Playerunknown’s battlegrounds also known as pubg, will be launching a test server to try out new patches before they go live. starting 4/19, the devs will be implementing their first-ever monthly patch on the new public test server (pts) which is supposed to address many of the common issues players have been experiencing.. To play on the test server, you will need to have purchased the steam early access version of playerunknown's battleground. you cannot access it if you're using a shared account's game library.. Download this beta version of the client to test and provide feedback on future updates prior to their official release. playerunknown’s battlegrounds – public test server is currently not available. in development therefore may be unstable and do not represent the overall quality of the game connection to the public test server.
